Malaysia juga ada HAK sebagai negara bangsa

Dalam kita meniup semangat ke medan perjuangan, terkadang kita mungkin terlupa dan terleka bahawa bumi Malaysia sudah berdiri 54 tahun lamanya. Memang tidak dapat dinafikan bahawa setiap warganegara Malaysia punya hak masing-masing tidak kira hak individu, hak bangsa, hak beragama mahupun hak berhimpun yang ingin sama-sama kita perjuangkan. Namun, dalam kita bersemangat menegakkan hak kita, jangan sesekali kita terlupa bahawa Malaysia sebagai sebuah negara juga punya HAK untuk terus berdiri 100 tahun lagi sebagai sebuah negara bangsa yang harmoni, bertoleransi, bertamadun dan berdaulat!

Perhalusi iltizam pejuang kemerdekaan terdahulu yang berhasrat menjadikan Malaysia sebagai sebuah negara untuk semua bangsa berbilang kaum. Apa yang diinginkan oleh bapa-bapa kemerdekaan kita adalah sebuah bangsa Malaysia yang hidup berharmoni dengan berbilang latar belakang dan kepercayaan mampu bertoleransi antara satu sama lain dan meletakkan nilai integriti sebagai asas perpaduan nasional.

Oleh itu perbetulkan niat dan keikhlasan kita dalam menuntut perjuangan hak masing-masing. Jangan sesekali menidakkan HAK bumi Malaysia yang bertuah ini.

Semoga rasional dan akal budi menguasai jiwa, jangan sesekali membiarkan emosi mencetus gelora di dada. Kerana apa jua yang ingin kita perjuangkan semalam, hari ini mahupun hari esok adalah untuk tanahair kita Malaysia yang tercinta. Demi anak bangsa, demi generasi Malaysia akan datang! Berdoalah pada Tuhan, setiap insan yang bergelar warganegara Malaysia juga punya intipati perjuangan yang sama walaupun dengan cara berbeza.

#TanyaNajib on twitter - Shud i laugh, worry, cry to Malaysian level of maturity?

It was a top 10 trending topic for today on twitter when PM @najibrazak offered an opening to 'seluruh rakyat Malaysia' a chance to ask him question on twitter. By hashtag #tanyanajib; you can ask him your question and suddenly it created a chaotic trend in twitterville or widely known as twitterjaya in M'sian twitter context.

Without regarding who actually behind @najibrazak responding or collecting data from the trend topic, the line which should have been opened only for 1 and half hour until now keep receiving questions non-stop. This kind of trend #tanyanajib or #ask(name) have been quite famous amongst celebrity and sportsmen to engage directly with their fans and indeed by doing so, PM @najibrazak was trying hard to make all Malaysians inclusive in a 2 way communication.

I could not stop laughing/worrying and maybe cried at some of the questions being ask; from asking what is he having for tea? to asking not to give any visa to JB on his upcoming concert in Malaysia. Some of the questions look boring and stupid but some look intellectual and sophisticated. Yet some used the platform to engulfed into a words of war zone towards PM and his wife. This somehow reflect who and what Malaysians are made today.

Ignoring the questions which for me are rather academics. (And I dont think PM @najibrazak will go every question verbatimly). The trending topic actually is a way for Najib himself and the team to collect more data about the pattern of Malaysians.

IMHO I can conclude the findings after observing the trending on #tanyanajib into few points.

1. Malaysians are rather stupid or ignorant

2. Malaysians are only interested in gossiping or personal attacks

3. Malaysians are very funny people or should i say happy go lucky

4. Race sensitivity is much of issue need to be taken seriously

5. Malaysians under 21 is yet ready to vote

6. Malaysians are less substance only talk

7. Malaysians don't understand the meaning of patriotic

8. Many more..

9. Najib wont be calling GE anytime soon until he rectify most common thing grudged by the people.

If most of the point corectly pointing to most Malaysians, I can simply say these odds people who simply 'pandai cakap' wont be the first in line to defend the country if any conflict occurred, they would rather run away and talk from a distance.

What can we say more about Malaysians, we have lost our soul to the man who sold the world. All because our own immaturity when we were given opportunity in due course.

Malaysia Boleh?! no i think it's a dumb dumb Malaysia!

my first milestone. 10,000 and counting hits

I never anticipate my blog could reach a milestone by reaching its first 10,000 hits. Praise Al Mighty.

I m neither bragging nor find myself elevated to a new status by this achievement. If to compare with some other bloggers who has/could hits millions of viewers just in a nick of months; who am I to begin with?

But obviously that is not how I want to project myself. This blog has given me space to express myself, my happiness, my experience and my opinion about the event that happened around me and how I see things differently. That has been the way I write in this weblog ever since. 

I dont have to follow any rules, and obey to any political master when writing my thoughts. As long my conscience is clear and I feel right to blog about it, I will continue blogging.

I dont need myself to be known to express what's inside my heart, rite? This is my space and its your's truly territory. I want to continue writing as long as it give me the satisfaction that people do read my blog; albeit occasionally.

If any of my experience and thought did helps, i would be very grateful, if none of my thoughts is useful; you will know how crap I am. hahah

Sadly, we made a pariah of the word 'pendatang'

Eversince one UMNO division head in Penang uttered the word during a tightly-contest election campaigning to regain Permatang Pauh Parliamentary seat from PKR after 2008 political tsunami. And one dear  reporter for a Chinese Daily decided to scoop it in the paper headlines; the word 'Pendatang' has become a stigma to anybody who mention it. Thing has become an issue blown up out of proportion to fulfill every political party interest to the extent the chinese reporter who reported about it has been detained under ISA (which imho one of the blunder of the previous Home Minister)  in order to protect her from certain groups retaliation and protest. The fate of the UMNO warlord also have been destined. He was suspended from UMNO for 3 years in September 2008 but suspension was lifted only recently.

One could never imagine such a simple word which means 'immigrant' in English can have  major impact and consequences to Malaysia political scene until today. Whoever with intention or mistakenly misunderstood caught saying it will be crucified relentlessly and simply be labelled a racist. It makes PATI; 'pendatang asing tanpa izin' (illegal immigrant) look tame albeit the latter is a much more serious issue concerning national security and safety.

The issue has been highlighted here long time ago and it seems the term 'pendatang' would never be 'chased' away as it has become a political tools for certain quarters to ignite subversive element towards the ruling government. Suffice to say, the government also never been so clear and deterrent in handling the issue once and for all. It took a few more episode of 'pendatang' name-calling before the PM came with this statement  hoping to ease and avoid more repercussion.

The 'pendatang' issue has become a ticking time bomb to the racial harmony of this country. Hence, some immediate and powerful message  has to be sent.

Taking Charge and Chance

Someone ask me to write something about my experience in South Africa to a travel journo. Ahaks. I find it amusing for me to write for a journalist as I have my blog space here to share my story to the world. Maybe that will be a different kind of write up and experience altogether but taking that chance; I don't see myself fit.

I always see myself as second best, in other word I can be the best no 2 to no 1. I never project myself taking charge and chance. I prefer to be someone anonymous who would get job done. That's where I see myself best. However it's unfortunate of me; God have given me a physical that everyone could see miles away and that make me visible all the time. I wish I could hide in my invisible robe sometimes...

But some people think that I have the potential to unleash. It's a matter of the right time at the right place. I dunno, I can never predict the future. For now the path I am taking is straightforward. Just get some food on the table would be enough, I don't set high ambition for power nor stature.. 

I just want to have a normal life like others... life that won't  play judge upon me after all.

It about time to have DNA bank

The government has pass a bill on DNA. The bill permit police to use any DNA results as prove in court. It is learnt one 'high profile' court case will depend on the outcome of DNA proofing. If it materialise, it will be a landmark ruling to the judistiction of this country.

The  DNA shouldnt be seen as prove for  crime investigation only. With the high statistics of newborn babies being left in the wood, maybe it's high time to introduce a DNA bank to collect all 28 million population DNA Data. Hence whenever a newborn is found, it will be easy to catch up the perperators and charge them in court.

Would it be something difficult to implement?

or would it be as difficult as when the DNA bill was first mentioned in Parliament for hearing?

Thing just could not be what we want to be

1. Things can be worse if we were not talking in the same language.

2. Sometimes we want people to listen to us yet we ourselves don't listen to other people

3. We thought we are the one being despised without we noticed we made ourselves despicable.

4. As we grow older, acting like we are younger is plain stupid.

5. Having the family around is always the best thing of life yet surrounding ourselves w nosy people could be worst.

Ahh whatever!

5. Always advance on latest gossips, soccer results

6. Rest go figure

The cons

1. Cannot focus on the road

2. Red lights syndrome

3. Time wasting and consuming

4. Lost of quality time w love ones

5. Short battery life

6. Need to update OS frequently

7. Sometimes left hang w/o notice

8. Complicated to ordinary users

9. Too many shortcuts

10. Camera quality questionable

In conclusion, too many cons.

In other word, please keep your nokia 3210 as backup! :p

Happy birthday my lovey smoochie smoochie thing, :P

As the clock ticked midnight, my milla will celebrate her last standing year as a twenty-something lady. Life as twenty-something foxy lady is full of expectation and excitement and I am sure she will sorely miss that period of her life. Having said that, the future that lies ahead of her isn't bad either . It is still worth to fight for, sayang.

It's going to be a tough ride after this, i can assure you.  In addition to your current commitment dealing with mother nature I'm sure you will suffer a little bit. Dont worry too much my dear, I promise I will be by your side during the patch time. We shall overcome whatever God's plan for us; come what may. Yes, we shall embark this journey together. I'll be there to defend you from throngs of adoring fans, I'll be there to lift you up when you couldn't reach and  I give myself wheneever you are down and need the inspiration.

For now, cheer up! Sit tight and enjoy this dedication on your 29th birthday. Happy birthday dear.

Malaysia di sana sini boleh

Malaysian are not creative enough in content department. Yes, as far that i noticed we are lacking in producing the right material and content whether in entertainment industry or simply in news. For instance, the Malays are still stuck in our tabloid, gossip like news stand. The story of divorcee, artist marriage or even rape cases would sell papers. I cannot understand how the headlines 'datuk nafsu syaitan' can get paper especially 'metro' and kosmo' sold like hot cakes! (or in malays; pisang goreng). This shows the level of our mentality still caught in our own 'pandora's box' rather than seeking  better stimulating news such as economy, businesses or climate change. Malays just dont give a darn, do we?

On tv, we are fed with numbers of game shows which don't stimulating our mind at all. Worst, these game shows are all imported from other countries popular shows. For instance, the reality show of 'akademi fantasia' is a mock off a brazilian show. Bolos is a copycat of the same concept game show from Japan. We have our roda impian a direct duplicate of Wheel of Fortune. That doesnt count the license show such as Ford Supermodels, Fear Factor Malaysia, our very on biggest loser and many more. I'm afraid it could be to the extend that we wont cater local content at all when it comes to games show. Sigh.

Why dont we give permainan tradisional a place in our entertainment industry. Maybe it can instill some semangat Malaysia Boleh and 1 Malaysia?

I hope we dont come to the extend to offer such game show like 'Saya lebih bodoh dari murid kelas 3' in our entertainment scene. Otherwise, that would be the day the music die.

The Malays are good merchants as well!

On few occasion, we discussed how to bring in more younger generation especially Malays to get involved in business as it's obvious most of young brilliant Malays preferred a more secured job whether in corporate, government sector or as professionals. These Yuppies (young under paid professionals :p) would rather take time on their own rather than risk themselves in business and lose everything. It's also obvious, business world is not something being inculcate within us from our younger years thus sometimes (or most of the time) it's tough to put a foot in the business world mostly dominated by non Malays.

It's not frustrating but I believe it's a challenge for all of us to prove that Malays too are good merchants as we used to be (Remember Pusat Perdagangan in Melaka!).

Obviously when we are not together due to different business field, the Malays don't consult each other for advice and stuff. Typically, Malays entrepreneur face the same problem i.e. bank loans, grant, opportunities and network yet these problems can't be solved due to inexperience and incompetence. Hence, the idea to regroup and present ourselves as young Malays entrepreneurs is imminent.

By participating into the business group @ bisnis club, we ought to share experiences, contacts, networking as well as understanding our potential. We may even go deeper by collaborating in business fields that we have common expertise and connections.(Which I assume we have many).

We are like 'rough diamond' yet to be polished. What we need now is a good 'De Beers' to create value to ourselves. Whether a 'black diamond' approach or genuine dealings, we must work together making sure 'diamonds are forever' in everybody's hand. :)

I have been in FMCG long enough (4 years) to experience successful non Malays traders built their business overtime. It took them maybe 30 years to become what they are today. Unfortunately, in the last 30 years, we have built only few Malay millionaire whom in return would create more opportunities to other Malay businessmen yet they failed to make their promise only to the reason known to them.

Yes, we need the 'tongkat' but we need to use it wisely so that the 'tongkat' also stick others rather than cane them.

Friday ramblings

Malaysia is built on the pillars of Rukunegara. After 52 years of independence, certain quarter of people in particular political activists are still harping on racial issues to gain popular votes. It seems by championing some issues with regards to respective race would make them 'idol heroes' amongst the 'rakyat'.  The truth is they are not only becoming so called 'champions', they are also spreading and inculcate hatred politics amongst the masses. Pity us, despite of our founding fathers great nationhood formula, hatred politics formula only led to one thing; nation-wrecking!

However, we are wronged if we thought that the people also want to be separated. In many ways, yes! we have different set of vernacular school, we have unique culture in each other races and we live long enough to know that we embrace different beliefs and religions but all in the name of freedom. Yet we are one (or used to be) in many things. Remember Thomas Cup final 92, Open house culture, Sudirman and P Ramlee, Yasmin Ahmad movies. These should be the catalysts for us to set aside our 'unique' differences and compromise each other better. That's the beauty of becoming Malaysian. A truly one nation.

I, myself never have doubt with our Malaysian unity. Despite the obvious disparity in class, we are all grateful to live in a country called Malaysia. Ikan di Laut, Asam di Darat... Dalam Periuk Bikin Muafakat.

As long Mamak's Place opens 24 hours and all of us can go for our round of teh tarik with Indians having Nasi Lemak whilst the Malays enjoyed their thosai and Chinese can poke fun on Liverpool on saturday night. I believe the racial harmony still intact.

Something for us, malay to ponder.

I got the opportunity to attend a dinner function organised by PRIMAS (Persatuan Restoren India Malaysia) in Subang Jaya. Turnout was massive by the Indians showing their support to the association that represented them.

Guest of honour was DPM himself who was late due to budget hearing at the August House. However the function went through as planned. This was a typical fund raising dinner which attract sponsors and affiliates in the industry yet the support show for the event was impressive.

In a subtle way, the association also putting their best to show to the govt that they is honourably protecting and promoting indian cuisine and fellow indians restaurant operator. Hence the govt must only deal with PRIMAS.

I believe we (read: the Malays) can learn a bit or two about being in association that represent ourselves in dealing with govt. Perhaps we should look beyond political influence when dealing with the real deal (read: business). This is the only way for us to be more competitive in the business world. Put a side self interest and for the sake of bumi businessman, let us stop whining and have a real thought for a while...

Dream on Perfect Prefect

I m not a perfect husband. I don't have a perfect wife. I am living in an imperfect house.

There is no perfect couple. There is no perfect gurl/guy also. Indeed the world we are living is not perfect at all.

Yet, why do we keep goin'?

People talk about going through a perfect marriage and hoping to have a perfect family. But people forget that the perfect world are only in one's dream. What people do is dreaming on to have a perfect live.

Yet, why do we keep hoping?

Nobody is perfect so learn from one mistake. A very cliché line of saying been there! Done That!

Do we look at ourself and become a perfect soul? Or shall we keep doing mistake to justify our imperfection?

Yet, why do we keep grumbling?

You are not perfect I am not perfect either. The bigger question is whether we can have a perfect understanding together. Embracing your imperfection should be the way to move forward.

Yet, why do we keep shouting?

back with a vengeance? Not soo fast!

Dang! it has been a while. Work and other commitment kept me away from writing. It really taken a toll of myself. I enjoying every bit of it.. betul tak tipu.

To my regular readers; (ada ke?!) sorry for keeping you waiting. I'm sure all of us have been diverted with our own agendas, hence it's a bit tight for me to put everything together in one go.

I have a few ideas in mind about my next writings. The talks about recent program jom pi masjid, a tribute to Yasmin Ahmad, the infamous anti ISA rally and many more.

Unfortunately i wont be having the pleasure of time to jog everything down for everyone to read and ponder.

THis is due to my upcoming departure to Mecca and Madinah from tomorrow 5th August untill the 16th August. During that period i will try my best to keep a journal and write things based on my observation overthere.

In the mean time sit tight and enjoy your precious time with the loved ones.

I do hope we can meet all again in this cyberworld sekembalinya saya dari mengerjakan UMRAH.

I seek forgiveness for all the wrongdoings ever since i set up this blog. Well, this blog is merely my opinion and i will always stand on it.

Fighting corruption with bribery (in the name of reward?)

The Penang government had made another step ahead of the other state government counterpart by introducing a reward scheme called 'i'. In summary, this integrity scheme is offered to all Penang state government civil servants who came forward and reveal any wrongdoings and graft within government departments in its bid to achieve zero corruption. The rest of the story is on star online.

Voila! This is a very interesting offer altogether. In fact, RM10,000 can do wonders at this current state of time. Even though the amount is not as much as United States USD 25 million reward for Saddam Hussein capture (which is nobody got it) but the modus operandi for seeking information is more rather the same. I wonder how close this Penang government with the people at the helm of US govt back then?!


What is rather amusing is how Y.B. Mahfuz Omar ( Pas VP candidates) was backing Sdr Lim Guan Eng on this effort. He reitirated how the scheme could save millions of government money and the need to implement the scheme in a wider scenario to fight corruptions Bravado Y.B. !

I always thought we should have a clear conscience in this matter. How would the MACC react on this? Shouldn't this be a method and approach of MACC all these while to fight corruption, should they? Are we now trying to say "We need to reward people for all the good works". Should we draw a line between great values of honesty, sincerity and sacrifice with gratitute, namesake and self proclaimed, shouldn't us?

I wonder what Y.B. Mahfuz would response if the scheme was first introduced by UMNO-led government. I am sure it will be 'Inilah kerajaan rasuah terus beri rasuah'! tagline altogether. How one world can be a good spinner for the sake of one self interest.

The letter that was not delivered - I regret myself for not doing so.

As i were preparing the notes for the upcoming UMNO Youth branch meeting, i came across this letter which i 'supposedly' print for all the other UMNO Youth leaders in Tasek Gelugor. It was a frank letter about what PEMUDA UMNO has become and how we in the cawangan could do to curb the practise of giving money to buy votes into becoming a culture in UMNO. 

I might have overlook it myself for not having this matter being put at the right time/at the right place. Maybe of my ignorant myself (which i feel bad about it). Afterall I felt my concern might only fall into deaf ears. I have a sense that i'd be fighting a losing war instead. Nevertheless, the war is over, now we have new leaders in UMNO Youth to champion the cause. I hope the very best of them.

However, I wish to put my thought here so that later in life i wont be regretful. It might be 'benda remeh yang diperbesarkan' but i believe the grassroots support and approval should always determine who'd be elected up there.

MENGANJURKAN DISKUSI PEMILIHAN PEMUDA UMNO PUSAT – SATU LANGKAH MEMERANGI POLITIK WANG

 2.         Saya mewakili seluruh ajk dan ahli pemuda UMNO cawangan Pokok Machang ingin mengucapkan salam hormat kepada saudara semoga saudara dikurniakan kesihatan dan dilimpahi dengan kesejahteraan dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugas saudara.

3.       Saudara, Persidangan Agung UMNO akan berlangsung pada bulan Mac 2009. Di peringkat akar umbi berpendapat bahawa tempoh 4 bulan dari sekarang merupakan satu tempoh yang amat panjang dalam satu proses pemilihan demokrasi. Ini akan membabitkan satu tempoh berkempen yang amat lama, penglibatan perwakilan dan masa yang banyak yang akhirnya akan merugikan kita dari segi produktiviti dan fokus kepada isu isu semasa yang lebih utama. Dalam ketika UMNO sibuk memberi ruang untuk calon dan perwakilan berjumpa, pihak pembangkang akan menggunakan tempoh waktu ini untuk meraih sokongan dan simpati rakyat yang akhirnya menguntungkan mereka.

4.         Lebih menyedihkan adalah tempoh ini juga akan menggalakkan polemik rasuah politik dikalangan perwakilan dan calon yang ingin meraih undi. Ini merupakan satu situasi yang tidak sihat dan memberi refleksi yang lebih buruk tentang UMNO. Walaupun begitu, kami di peringkat akar umbi akur dengan keputusan pucuk pimpinan dalam menentukan Mac 2009 sebagai tarikh persidangan Agung UMNO selaras dengan proses peralihan kuasa dari YAB Dato Seri Abdullah Bin Ahmad kepada YAB Dato Seri Najib Bin Tun Razak.

5.          Saudara, saya berpendapat dalam menangani masalah rasuah politik yang semakin berleluasa, di peringkat akar umbi harus terus memainkan peranan dalam memberi penerangan dan membudayakan Perwakilan Bahagian yang dipilih bahawa pemilihan seseorang perwakilan adalah  mewakili suara akar umbi bukannya mewakili dirinya sendiri. Oleh yang demikian akar umbi mempunyai kuasa dan tanggungjawab untuk terus ‘menyedarkan’ perwakilan yang dipilih bahawa seharusnya suara akar umbi terus  dibawa ke peringkat persidangan UMNO di KL kelak.

6.         Oleh yang demikian saya ingin mencadangkan supaya setiap Pemuda UMNO Cawangan mengambil inisiatif untuk memanggil kedua-dua orang perwakilan G2 ke satu diskusi di peringkat cawangan masing masing untuk berdiskusi dengan mereka dan memaklumkan kepada mereka hasrat dan calon manakah yang harus diberi undi dalam persidangan agung Pemuda UMNO kelak.

7.         Setidak-tidaknya kita telah memberi tanggungjawab kepada mereka untuk dilaksanakan di peringkat pusat. Harus diingat bahawa 2 orang G2 adalah mewakili suara pemuda di peringkat cawangan dan mereka seharusnya faham dan maklum apakah aspirasi pemuda akar umbi. Secara tidak langsung kita dapat mengubah persepsi tentang perwakilan G2 ke Kuala Lumpur hanya untuk bersukaria dan berseronok padahal keutamaan pemergian mereka ke Kuala Lumpur adalah untuk melaksanakan tanggungjawab dan amanah yang telah diberikan oleh kita semua di peringkat cawangan. Samada mereka menerima atau tidak pandangan pemuda cawangan , marilah kita berserah kepada Allah s.w.t kerana apa yang utama sebagai pemimpin Pemuda di peringkat cawangan kita telah melaksanakan tanggungjawab yang telah diamanahkan. Insya Allah.

8. Saya menyeru sekali lagi supaya satu diskusi peringkat cawangan diadakan bersama perwakilan G2 Pemuda dengan persoalan “Sejauh mana perwakilan G2 Pemuda Bahagian Tasek Gelugor bijak memilih?” untuk memberi ruang kepada seluruh ahli pemuda di peringkat cawangan lebih prihatin dan lebih matang dalam berpolitik. Oleh yang demikian, saya bermohon dari pihak saudara sebagai Ketua Pemuda untuk memberi kebenaran bagi seluruh pemuda cawangan di Bahagian Tasek Gelugor ini menjalankan diskusi transformasi UMNO tersebut.

9.         Sekali lagi, pihak kami, pemuda cawangan Pokok Machang mengucapkan setinggi-tinggi penghargaan atas perhatian dan pertimbangan pihak saudara. Atas pertimbangan itu, pihak kami mengucapkan berbanyak-banyak terima kasih.

i believe we should 'berani berubah!' otherwise we should 'bersedia direbah!'

Life was like a box of chocolates...

Today; the most anticipated announcement on media would be the SPM results. It would be either celebrated with joy or accepted in despair. Which ever which... take it as it go. This is not the end of the world yet it is only the beginning to life. My brother is also one of many SPM aspirants who would seek his destiny today. I hope he will do good or maybe even better than me. Good luck, eh bro!

I still remember the day I went back to koleq for my SPM result. It wasn't a cool day after all. Many of us come back with different kind of afterschool styles. It was the opportunity to show off a lil bit especially when one came with design jeans and rugged rock t shirt and walk in front of teachers especially those who you despised all along with a bit of character (read: dengan lagaknya) but indeed, you give some respects to these teachers. I think it was kind over to do such things  just to prove you are no longer a  student anymore.

I was not one of the top students back then when the results came out. In fact, I was unfortunate to be amongst the 'agregat lebih 10' . Unlike my other peers who excelled in their result, i was left all alone thinking what i did wrong. For a boarding school student to get any less that 10 agregate was unacceptable, i thought. It really hit me and it took me some weeks to get it over...

Looking back after 13 years, i believe my SPM results really served me well. It still help me for a place in UiTM. It has encouraged me to perform even better in my studies at university level . It led me to a different kind of life and met different set of peoples.  and today  I am  grateful that I took the path I've taken which my SPM result has been a part influential.  It has been a whining yet a beautiful life after all.

As Mr Forrest gump said it;

"My momma always said, "Life was like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get." 

I hope I will capture more in life because the world we live in is worth fighting for.

Paranoia

Kemelut yang melanda negara waktu ini sangat mengusarkan. Jelas kelihatan dua axis politikus perdana (BN dan PR) mengembleng seluruh kudrat, tenaga dan bijaksana untuk menarik persepsi rakyat terhadap setiap percaturan politik mereka. Rakyat disogok dengan pelbagai tohmahan, pertuduhan dan ancaman yang diselang seli dengan fakta-fakta benar demi sensasi potret politik tanahair. Nah, akhirnya rakyat terus terjerumus dan keliru pada lingkungan waktu hanya kerana ingin memuaskan hati para politikus-politikus yang ingin terus berkuasa!

Padahal yang paling utama saat ini, sejauh mana persediaan negara kita dalam menempuhi situasi ekonomi yang semakin merundum tatkala kejatuhan sistem pasaran bebas dunia. Sekadar kita terus 'menderhaka' atau terus gembira bijak 'merampas kuasa' tidak akan sepenuhnya membantu desakan untuk kita bersedia mengharungi satu lagi episod kemelesetan ekonomi dunia yang dijangka akan lebih buruk dari situasi tahun 97. 

Penulis terpanggil untuk membicarakan tentang paranoia yang melanda kedua2 axis ini dalam menentukan kelangsungan masing- masing. Habis seluruh rakyat disuruh bersimpati dengan situasi padahal yang menjadi 'dalang' adalah pimpinan masing2. Sangat jelik dan memualkan apabila simpati rakyat ditagih dan dikerah hanya kerana untuk memastikan agenda politik berterusan dan apabila situasi semakin goyah, Polis dipaksa/terpaksa berhempas pulas memastikan keamanan atas dasar menegakkan undang-undang. Yang rugi dan terus rugi tetap rakyat yang keliru dan terpedaya menjadi barisan hadapan berdepan dengan pasukan polis yang sentiasa bersiap siaga. Menyedihkan, institusi raja sama tersabit manakala Melayu UMNO dan Melayu PAS  bertembung di medan perhitungan untuk tentukan siapa sebenarnya hero bangsa?!

Melayu akan terus melayu, 

hatta rakan sebangsa sudah tidak pandai menilai antara kaca dan permata.
